Updated site to Ghost 3.0

I've updated kn6q.org to Ghost 3.0 - first major upgrade that didn't totally trash the site (yea!)

The Theme was not 100% compatible with Ghost 3.0 (although I didn't see anything terribly broken -yet). I've updated the theme to pass the compatibility checker 100% and tweaked a couple things. As always, it's on Github and I put in a push request to the original author on my other fork of his theme (now accepted and merged into Odin). It can be downloaded here:
